My name is Dana Rivas.  I founded ECE Fit Studios.​

The ECE Fit logo symbolizes each of us, journeying through life.   On the outside we all look a little different.  And if we remain focused only on the surface-level appearances in life, we're just playing the ego game and become attached to false beliefs that lead to worry, increased anxiety, increased focus on our differences and jealousy.  Let's go a little deeper - to the inner man,  where we discover the same Spirit that unites us.  This is where we find our true selves - where we find unity, peace and contentment. ​​​
